Betandyou Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

Deposit terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours

• Betandyou reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering amount must be met first (turnover requirement)

• Bonuses are valid for a limited time and will be forfeited once expired
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account termination

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on betandyou:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, a cash-out option may be available in certain cases
• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the specified time window
• Odds are subject to change; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be fully refunded
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, betandyou's decision will be considered final

Live Betting: Odds may change during live betting due to network latency. betandyou is not liable for delays in data feed transmission.

Maximum bet limit: betandyou sets a maximum bet limit for each event and market. Any attempt to place a bet above this limit will be automatically rejected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betandyou:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage — placing bets solely to withdraw bonus funds
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Unauthorized access to or management of another user's account
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting technical errors on the site for personal gain

Betandyou may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or inaccurate information
• Failure to complete or cooperate with KYC verification
• Suspicious betting patterns or evidence of match manipulation
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
